Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from receipt. The delivery time varies by your location and shipping option. All free shipping orders ship as UPS Ground.

CANCELLATIONS
We start processing your order as soon as you submit it. We are unable to cancel, edit, or add products to your order after you complete the purchase.
RETURNS
We do not offer returns. We only offer a refund or exchange if the item is broken or damaged. Our policy for refunds or exchanges is 30 days from receipt of your order. After 30 days we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please do not send your order back unless you have been instructed to do so by our Customer Service Department.
REFUNDS
If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed within 2-5 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The appearance of the credit to your card or bank may take longer depending on your financial institution.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you received approval for a refund haven’t received the refund in your account, please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

My son received this book set from a family member on Christmas and it has been his favorite books! He wants me to read the blue vehicles book all the time multiple times lol. He started to tear them up and I had to throw 1 away because it got too messy so I decided to order another set for him! I plan in getting more sets!
