We start processing your order as soon as you submit it. We are unable to cancel, edit, or add products to your order after you complete the purchase.
We do not offer returns. We only offer a refund or exchange if the item is broken or damaged. Our policy for refunds or exchanges is 30 days from receipt of your order. After 30 days we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please do not send your order back unless you have been instructed to do so by our Customer Service Department.
If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed within 2-5 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The appearance of the credit to your card or bank may take longer depending on your financial institution.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you received approval for a refund haven’t received the refund in your account, please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
