Ordering & Shipping
Where is my order?
There is a total estimated timeframe of 5-8 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding federal holidays) from date of order placed to delivery. Shipping confirmation emails are sent within 5 business days to the email associated with the submitted order. Learn more about shipping by clicking here. Mudpuppy is not responsible for UPS ground service delivery schedules after orders leave our fulfillment center. If there are issues with your shipment please contact UPS customer service.
I'm missing a puzzle piece!
If you are missing a puzzle piece and you suspect it's a manufacturing defect, please submit a Replacement Form. We only send replacements for items reported as damaged/missing due to manufacturing defects within the continental United States for the same title if the product was purchased directly through Mudpuppy.com website. We cannot offer international replacements and we cannot send replacement puzzles if you lost pieces while assembling the puzzle. Please take the time to look around wherever the puzzle was assembled thoroughly.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
We start processing your order as soon as you submit it, so we are unable to cancel, edit, or add products to your order after you complete it. You can read our cancellation and return policy here.
I can't add a discount or promotion code during checkout.
Some promotions are tied to your email address so make sure that you are using the email address in the billing/shipping form that you have connected to the promo code. Some of our codes can only be used once, have an expiration date, or are blacked out during some promotional periods (eg. Black Friday). Also we can only accept one code per order, multiple codes cannot be stacked.
Can I change the shipping address?
We start processing your order as soon as you submit it, so we are unable to cancel, edit, or add products to your order after you complete it. If your order has shipped out, you can attempt to contact UPS directly to make changes to your delivery.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes! Please add your gift message in the cart by clicking on the "ADD A GIFT MESSAGE" link below the item list and then typing your message. You must limit your message to 130 characters. You will not be able to view or change the gift message during checkout. You will have to return to the cart to make any changes. Your gift message will show in your order confirmation and on the package slip (price will not show on the package slip). We cannot edit or add gift messages once the order has been placed.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
We do not offer returns as stated in our cancellation and return policy. We only offer a refund or exchange if the item is broken. Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.If you purchased from another retailer (including Amazon), please reach out to that retailer for returns or exchanges. Please note this does not apply to missing pieces.
My product(s) arrived damaged!
We only offer a refund or exchange if the item is broken. Please send us an email and we will assist you! Please note this does not apply to missing pieces.
Where can I get a discount code?
If you sign up for our newsletter you will get 10% off your first order! We run seasonal promotions that are announced first by email. All of our discount offers and email promotions have terms & conditions that you can review here.
Where do you ship to?
Mudpuppy.com only ships within continental United States. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or FPO/APO/DPO. Most orders are processed in 3-5 business days and are then shipped from our Indiana warehouse via UPS with an additional 2-3 day delivery window.
