Most orders ship out in 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) after your order is received. Once it's shipped out, you will get a shipping confirmation with tracking. UPS delivery is typically 2-3 days. If there are issues with your shipment please contact UPS customer service.

If you are missing a puzzle piece and you suspect it's a manufacturing defect, please email and include a picture of the puzzle along with the puzzle name and ISBN. We only send replacements for items reported as damaged/missing due to manufacturing defects within the continental United States for the same title. We cannot offer international shipment and we cannot send replacement puzzles if you lost pieces while assembling the puzzle, or if a tiny human got a hold of your piece(s) or fur baby ate it. Please take the time to look around wherever the puzzle was assembled thoroughly (check the vacuum cleaner or your uncle Ted's sweater - you'd be surprised!) before sending an email.

Yes! Please add your gift message in the cart by clicking on the "ADD A GIFT MESSAGE" link below the item list and then typing your message. You must limit your message to 130 characters. You will not be able to view or change the gift message during checkout. You will have to return to the cart to make any changes. Your gift message will show in your order confirmation and on the package slip (price will not show on the package slip). We cannot edit or add gift messages once the order has been placed.
