CANCELLATIONS
We start processing your order as soon as you submit it. We are unable to cancel, edit, or add products to your order after you complete the purchase.
RETURNS
We do not offer returns. We only offer a refund for items purchased through the Mudpuppy.com website that are damaged/broken upon arrival with photo proof of damage. Our policy lasts 30 days from date of shipment. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or store credit.
Please note this does not apply to missing puzzle pieces.

REFUNDS
Refunds can only be issued to Mudpuppy.com orders if the product was purchased within 30 days of the receipt. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 business days. Your bank may take up to 10 days to post the refund to your account.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Our two-year-old loves these puzzles to go. We have three and indeed the pieces have withstood dozens of puzzling sessions. However, this particular puzzle is causing some stress in our household because our kid wants to identify a few of the creatures that are too rare for even mom and dad to recognize.
My 3 year old loves puzzles so much, these are perfect for his level and are great for travel too. We keep one in our diaper bag, and have ordered more as presents for his buddies. The illustration is beautiful too! Would be great framed but he loves redoing it.
Beautiful graphics, thick pieces, few enough pieces for my 3 year old and small enough to pack up in the cloth bag and throw in my purse!
We love Mudpuppy puzzles because of the colorful designs and lack of corporate character branding! Our son is 3 and recently became very enthusiastic about puzzles, so we've purchased several from Mudpuppy. When we ordered the Construction Puzzle Squares online, I had assumed these would be 6-sided blocks but obviously I didn't look closely enough. The puzzle pieces are flat, with designs on 2 sides. Which is fine because the condensed size and light weight make it great for traveling. Our son struggles a little bit getting them to fit within the frame -- these pieces don't interlock but sit side by side in a cardboard frame. He loves this puzzle because he can mostly do it himself, and loves the images of the 6 different construction vehicles.
He loves Forest Day and Night magnetic puzzle even more -- these pieces fit together nicely and the magnets help with the coordination. This puzzle is recommended for ages 4+ but the level difficulty seems equal to the puzzle squares, recommended for 3+. He loves identifying all the animals in the pictures.

Such a beautifully illustrated puzzle with a really interesting mix of familiar and unusual animals...the only issue is that even with a degree in Biology I'm struggling to answer my daughter's questions about what some of the animals are...probably my fault for not listening in the relevant lectures, but it doesn't seem to come with a list of them, unless I threw it away in the original packaging without realising?! It's not deterred my daughter's enthusiasm for the puzzle though, she loves it!
